    Fitch Ratings Head of UX

    Leading a global UX organization across multiple business lines. Built and maintain an enterprise-wide multi-brand design system in Figma and React powering 30+ applications, with AI tooling integrated throughout research, design thinking, and systems development.

  2. 2019 — 2021
    S&P Global Head of UX

    Led the creation of a unified component library standardizing UX patterns and visual language across S&P Global Ratings, Capital IQ Pro, and Platts. Drove consistency and scalability across products and teams.

  3. 2018 — 2019
    Lionbridge VP, User Experience

    Led design, IA, and research for two global platforms covering translation services and AI training data, connecting clients, managers, and contributors across a streamlined end-to-end workflow.

  4. 2014 — 2018
    Ipreo Global Head of UX and Innovation

    Led a global team of 30+ designers, developers, and researchers across 40+ enterprise products. Helped launch Investor Access, the industry's first electronic bond issuance platform, and contributed to Ipreo's $1.855B acquisition by IHS Markit.

  5. 2012 — 2014
    UBM Director of UX & Product

    Recruited and led a multidisciplinary team to take UBM (founded in 1918) from print B2B publisher to digital-first enterprise, shipping a global CMS and moving the live events business online.

  6. 2010 — 2012
    Activision Blizzard Senior Manager, UX

    Led UX and digital campaigns for Call of Duty: Black Ops and Modern Warfare 3. Both titles launched to entertainment industry records, generating $650M and $775M respectively in their first five days.

  7. 2007 — 2010
    Electronic Arts UX Designer

    Helped lead EA's digital evolution during the mobile era. Launched Spore Origins, one of the first iPhone apps and a featured demo at Apple's App Store launch in 2008, alongside EA's global CMS, e-commerce platform, and multi-brand design system.
